Did you know that Yoga is the most valuable
inheritance of Humanity?

Yoga is the science of the good living, a means of balancing the body, the mind and the emotions, that works on all the aspects of our human being, the physical, vital, mental, emotional, psychic and spiritual.

 

The word yoga means ‘unity’ and derives from the Sanskrit word “yuj”, which means ‘to join’. 

​

This joining is meant to be as the union of the individual consciousness with the universal consciousness.

 

When an imbalance is experienced at emotional level, the organs, muscles and nerves might no longer function in harmony, the body system might become irregular and the efficiency of the nervous system decrease to such a level that a disease might manifest.

Yoga aims at bringing the body and mind  functions into perfect harmony and this is why it is so important for you and your well being.
